I'm 24, I live in Montreal, and I've been moving my body my whole life, from gymnastics and horseback riding to volleyball and track. I'm happiest when I'm taking care of my body, my mind and my heart. Embody Club is where I share all of it with you.
In 2026 I ran 100km (my legs were destroyed). I trained almost every day for seven months and completed a half Ironman. I finished my first trail race on a beautiful rainy day in the mountains.
Along the way I learned what mind over matter really means. I pushed limits I didn't know could be pushed and found parts of myself I didn't know existed. Anything is possible, and it's all up to the mind to break those barriers.
Rewind five years. I was starting CEGEP, going out a lot and I'd stopped playing sports, something that had been part of my whole life. Life came at me and my priorities shifted.
But going through that phase, and realizing these habits didn't represent me, showed me what really matters. When I finished CEGEP, I took a long look in the mirror and knew it was time to fix my bad habits.
I've always been a routine girl who moved her body, protected her thoughts and cared about how she ate. So I got back to that. I set a 6 am routine, took group fitness classes in the morning, ate out much less, started journaling and took better care of my relationship with myself and the people around me.
I've had ups and downs, but I'm still showing up for the daily rituals that help me feel my best. I listen to what my body needs, what my soul craves and what my heart is telling me.
I'm not perfect, but every day I try to be a little better than the day before. I never let one bad day define who I am or where my emotions go from there.
After finishing my triathlon, finishing school and moving out, my life has so much more balance. I'm building my body into what I want it to be and my mind is at peace.
In 2025 I got my personal training certification to better understand the body, and in hopes of one day helping others.
I'm ready to share this side of me and help others who can relate. I have so much to give, and I'm so excited for what's next.
My dad lives in the Townships, on the farm, and it's probably the best representation of an extension of me. It's where I feel the most at peace, and where my love for the farm and for nature runs the deepest.
Every Sunday I'll share a workout, a recipe and some thoughtful words. Sunday is family time, when we gather, relax, eat, let go of everything and focus on our love of life, so sharing my Sunday reminders feels like the perfect part of it.
